Price restructuring and Booking changes

New Pricing Structure and Terms and Conditions Jan 2016.

From January 4th 2016 we will be restructuring our prices and changing to a new booking system. As you will see below the prices for Drop in classes and 6 week courses have increased slightly, however, the monthly payments are staying the same. So you can still enjoy your classes for the same price you are now by setting up a monthly membership. I have managed to keep my prices the same for the last 9 years since I began teaching, but due to increases in overheads I have no option but to raise them. With the new booking system you will have a lot more flexibility to mix and match between different classes!

Taster classes £10

Pay as you Go £14

6 week class pass £70 Must be taken over a 6 week period. 6 week class pass £70 OFF PEAK. Must be taken over 10 weeks (daytimes Mon-Fri)

Monthly Payment Schemes (minimum of 3 month term )

1 x class a week £45pcm (£10 a class) 2 x classes a week £80pcm (£9 a class) Unlimited classes a week £105pcm

6 week class passes and Monthly memberships are now totally interchangeable between ALL classes on the timetable as long as they are a suitable level for you!

Terms and Conditions

  • ALL classes must be cancelled by YOU through the booking system with 24 hours notice or they will be forfeited.

  • If you are on a monthly payment plan and unable to make a week, we are able to add on a catch up week to your next months plan, however you have a maximum of 1 catch up week per month. If you think you may miss classes on a regular basis then please choose one of the other options, however remember you can book for different classes/days each week! Catch up sessions need to be added to your account manually so please email us to inform us you are not attending classes.

  • Courses once started are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Please arrive on time for your class. If you are more than 5 minutes late after the warm up has started you will not be permitted to take part in the class and your class will be forfeited.

  • You must have filled out a Par-q form and waiver before taking part in any class/event or workshop. You must inform The Fitness Hangout of any changes to your medical condition.

  • The Fitness Hangout reserves the right to alter the timetable or teacher at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Courses must be paid for in full upfront.

  • Payments are directly under your control, and must be cancelled by you through the booking system. Failure for you to cancel your payment is not the responsibility of The Fitness Hangout and will NOT be refunded. You are free to cancel monthly payments at any time after your 3 month minimum term.

  • For parties, the deposit must be paid at time of booking and the balance of the party must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance of the date of booking. In the event of cancellations deposits are non-refundable.

  • People believed to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be asked to leave classes/parties IMMEDIATLEY.
