The Fitness Hangout
The most fun place to hang out!
We have been established since 2011 and pride ourselves on being a safe and supportive community!
Our Story
The studio was started by Jo Dandridge in 2011, after she was teaching pole classes for several years out of various different gyms in Godalming and Guildford. She was working as a studio manager in a local gym at the same time but decided she wanted to create a unique space to deliver Pole and Aerial Classes, so The Fitness hangout was born!
She has gradually trained and built up a team of super instructors who are all highly experienced and qualified, and who all bring magic and joy to the space.
The Fitness Hangout is more than just a fitness studio, it's a community, it's a safe space and we welcome anyone who wishes to join us.
